1. About the Waitlist

The Ashakare Early Access & Waitlist allows individuals, healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and organizations to express interest in accessing Ashakare before or during its early product availability.

Joining the waitlist:

• does not guarantee access to Ashakare;
• does not guarantee acceptance into a pilot or early-access programme;
• does not guarantee any particular feature, integration, service, pricing, or launch date; and
• does not create a contractual right to receive any Ashakare product or service.

Ashakare may determine access, pilot participation, availability, and timing based on product readiness, technical capacity, geographic availability, operational requirements, and other legitimate business or product considerations.

2. Information Collected Through the Waitlist

Depending on the information you choose to provide, Ashakare may collect:

• name; mobile number; email address; city or general location;
• professional role; clinic, hospital, or organization information;
• product requirements or areas of interest;
• feedback, survey responses, and communications; and
• technical information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the waitlist.

3. How Waitlist Information May Be Used

Information submitted through the waitlist may be used for purposes including:

• registering and managing your waitlist request;
• communicating about early access, pilots, onboarding, and product availability;
• understanding customer and user requirements;
• conducting product research and development;
• improving Ashakare's products, services, workflows, and user experience;
• conducting aggregated or de-identified analytics;
• understanding product demand and operational requirements;
• developing new products, services, and features; and
• sending relevant marketing or promotional communications where the required consent has been obtained.

4. Consent

By submitting the waitlist form, you consent to the processing of the information you provide for the purposes described in these Terms and the Ashakare Privacy Policy.

Where legally applicable, consent may be withdrawn. Withdrawal of consent may affect Ashakare's ability to provide certain services or communications.

5. Healthcare and Medical Information

Ashakare treats identifiable healthcare information as sensitive information. Ashakare does not sell identifiable patient health information or identifiable medical records to advertisers or data brokers.

Users must not submit another person's health information unless they are legally or otherwise appropriately authorized to do so.

6. ABDM and Health Information Exchange

Ashakare may integrate with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) or other authorized healthcare infrastructure where applicable.

Joining the Ashakare waitlist does not: give Ashakare access to your ABDM health records, authorize Ashakare to retrieve your health records, or authorize sharing of your health information through ABDM.

Any access, retrieval, exchange, or processing of healthcare information through ABDM or another authorized system will be subject to the applicable consent, authorization, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements at the time of the relevant activity.

7. Anonymized & Aggregated Information

Ashakare may create or receive information that has been anonymized, de-identified, or aggregated so that it is not reasonably intended to identify an individual.

• product development and improvement; analytics and research;
• healthcare and operational insights; business intelligence;
• market analysis; product planning; marketing and communications;
• service optimization; and development of new products or services.

8. Marketing and Communications

Ashakare may communicate with waitlist participants regarding product launches, early-access opportunities, demonstrations and pilots, product updates, educational content, events, offers and promotions, and other Ashakare announcements.

Ashakare does not sell personal information or identifiable healthcare information for targeted advertising.

9. Sharing with Service Providers

Ashakare may use third-party service providers for functions such as cloud hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, security, and payment processing.

Ashakare may also disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a lawful government or regulatory request.

10. Security

Ashakare intends to implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed.

No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should avoid submitting sensitive information through channels that Ashakare has not designated for secure healthcare-data transmission.

11. User Responsibilities

By joining the waitlist, you agree that:

• information you provide should be accurate and not misleading;
• you will not impersonate another person or organization;
• you will not intentionally submit unauthorized medical or health information;
• you will comply with applicable laws when using Ashakare services.

12. Early Access and Product Changes

Ashakare is under development and may change during the early-access period. Features, workflows, integrations, pricing, and launch timelines may change without prior notice.

13. Removal from the Waitlist

You may request removal of your waitlist registration. Ashakare may also remove or restrict a registration where it reasonably believes that the registration violates these Terms or creates a security risk.

14. Privacy Policy

The Ashakare Privacy Policy explains in greater detail how personal information is handled. These Terms should be read together with the Ashakare Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

Ashakare may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the waitlist after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
